This Privacy Policy explains how RANKX LTD ("RANKX", "we", "us", "our"), operating the Nara brand and the website naraintelligence.co ("Nara"), collects, uses and protects personal data. We act as the data controller under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the "GDPR") and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.

2. What we collect
- Assessment / contact form data: name, work email, company, role, website, and the free-text answers you provide (e.g. objectives, context, budget range).
- Correspondence: emails you send to us and our replies.
- Technical data: IP address, device / browser type, referrer, pages viewed, timestamps — collected via server logs and strictly necessary cookies.
- Analytics data (only with your consent): aggregated usage metrics via privacy-respecting analytics.
3. Why we use it (lawful bases)
- Article 6(1)(b) — contract / pre-contract: to respond to your assessment request and deliver services you engage us for.
- Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interests: to secure the site, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate usage.
- Article 6(1)(a) — consent: for non-essential cookies, analytics and any marketing communications.
- Article 6(1)(c) — legal obligation: to comply with tax, accounting and regulatory requirements.
4. How long we keep it
Assessment enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from last contact. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for tax and legal reasons. Server logs are rotated within 30 days.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with vetted processors acting on our instructions: hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery, analytics (only if you consent), and professional advisors. All processors are bound by written data-processing agreements meeting Article 28 GDPR. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914) and, where applicable, adequacy decisions of the European Commission.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your personal data (Art. 15);
- have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16);
- have your data erased (Art. 17);
- restrict processing (Art. 18);
- data portability (Art. 20);
- object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21);
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.

8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — TLS in transit, encrypted storage, access controls, and staff confidentiality — to protect personal data from loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

We may update this notice from time to time. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
